Society of Reproductive Medicine, “Total payments to donors in excess of
$5,000 require justification and sums above $10,000 are not appropriate.”
Donors will NOT be paid over $10,000 under any circumstance.

EGG DONOR ACCIDENTAL MEDICAL INSURANCE COVERAGE
AND DEATH BENEFIT POLICY
(coverage provided through Brown and Brown Insurance Agency. The " Oocyte Donor/ Recipient Medical
Insurance Plan" covers the Donor and Intended Mother/ Gestational Carrier against illness,
injury, or death, resulting from the medications, or the egg retrieval or transfer procedures.) Coverage may be purchased
for Donor only.
